PRIVACY POLICY

Yellow Brick Road respects your privacy at all times. Although we track locations and page views , we do not track individual visitors to our site or contact anyone who visits our site. We never pass on details of anyone who emails us, to other companies or pass on their email addresses.

Our Privacy policy has been updated. We only keep teacher names, emails and school names in our records- NOTHING ELSE. We do not have home details, dates of birth or home phone numbers.

Terms and conditions

Except where  History Services and Yellow Brick Road’s liability is for death or personal injury as a result of negligence in no event shall Yellow Brick Road be liable for the following loss or damage

i.economic loss including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill and collateral damage 

ii.administrative costs; 

iii.damages in respect of special indirect or consequential loss and damage;

iv.any claim made against Yellow Brick Road by any other party 

Liability  History Services and  Yellow Brick Road shall not be liable for failing to deliver a workshop whether wholly or in part if the failure is caused wholly or partly by any circumstance or circumstances outside our control.

 History Services and Yellow Brick Road abide by the school , park or museum risk assessments and health and safety
